FILE_ATTRIBUTE_TEMPORARY ?

Hi

Does the cygwin
    tempfile()
API use the Win32
    FILE_ATTRIBUTE_TEMPORARY
flag on the files it creates?

Asking because that makes a fairly significant performance difference when 
creating very short lived temp files.
