Hi jon, I found out there is a wrapper file. I think it is in /etc/X11 directory that needed some type of allow command. I used that and now I can use ssh with vnc.
I didn't hear back so I thought everyone is busy. I solved this a few days ago. Thanks for your help. I am away from computer so detail is a little sketchy. Thanks again.
