Hi ! pdfjam in texlive-collection-binextra-20200406-1 doesn't work.
Even a simple invocation such as
pdfjam a.pdf
hangs while waiting for input from stdin.
pdfjam 3.03 in TeX Live 2020 have got a major update since TeX Live 2019.
There was a new challenge to make pdfjam work with MiKTeX on Windows through
Cygwin.
But it introduced a bug that make pdfjam fail to work with pure Cygwin TeX Live
packages.
This is a situation.
I made a pull-request to fix 10+ days ago, but it is not merged yet, and still
I don't know whether it will be accepted or not:

So, here, I attach a file to replace
/usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts/pdfjam/pdfjam for convenience.
