DllMain not called

I have a simple C program that output something to DbgView on startup:

    case DLL_PROCESS_ATTACH:

    case DLL_THREAD_DETACH:
    case DLL_PROCESS_DETACH:
        break;
    }
    return TRUE;
}

I didn't observe anything when the DLL is loaded, what was wrong?
