In 1.7.31, I can run mkpasswd -d domainname -p /home -u userid >> /etc/passwd and it takes less than a second to complete. In 3.1, it takes 150 - 180 seconds to complete for the same user. Is this a bug, have I misconfigured something or is it something else?
