JSON-XS is not compatible with the Perl version in Cygwin. It has been
patched to survive its own test suite again, but not stress tested with
real applications. It is provided as a test version only and will not
install automatically, recommended replacement is JSON-MaybeXS in
conjunction with Cpanel-JSON-XS. The package will probably be obsoleted
in the future.
