Anand, Generally, a good first step to solving Cygwin problems is searching the mailing list archives to see if someone else has encountered the same problem before. As it turns out, there have been messages about this problem (and a fix) posted within the past month, which can be easily retrieved by typing "Can't create title mutex" into the search field at <http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2003-01/>.
As a secondary point, please *attach* the cygcheck output instead of pasting it into the body of your message. If you did attach it, please check that your mailer doesn't have a "text attachments inline" option set.
