Siegmar, I can hardly believe that the above data is helpful for the average Cygwin user ... Reporting Problems (https://cygwin.com/problems.html) tells you to at least attach the output of cygcheck: "Run "cygcheck -s -v -r > cygcheck.out" and include that file as an attachment in your report. Please do not compress or otherwise encode the output. Just attach it as a straight text file so that it can be easily viewed." You might also want to show us the output of - getfacl and - icacls applied to both the file "chap4.ps" and the current directory ...
