Do not worry ... it happens more often than one might believe :-)
Just now I discovered that the same thing happned when cygutils{,-extra} was
updated to 1.4.16-1 (i.e. updated for x86_64, not for x86).
Now that cygutils{,-extra} has been updated to 1.4.16-2, 16-1 magically made
its appearance at the mirror (http://ftp.snt.utwente.nl). :-)
