I've made a new version of gperf available for download. This is a refresh from the GNU ftp site, so it has whatever fixes are in this version.
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions. You'll need to click on "Devel" and select "gperf" if this is your first time installing, otherwise your installation should be refreshed automatically.
