A new release of gperf, 3.1-1, has been uploaded and will soon reach a mirror near you; leaving the previous version at 3.0.4-2.

DESCRIPTION: ============ Gperf is a perfect hash function generator written in C++. Simply stated, a perfect hash function is a hash function and a data structure that allows recognition of a key word in a set of words using exactly one probe into the data structure. UPDATE: ======= To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Save it and run setup, answer the questions and pick up 'gperf' in the 'Devel' category. DOWNLOAD: ========= Note that downloads from cygwin.com aren't allowed due to bandwidth limitations.
