I have uploaded mintty 2.4.1 with the following changes:
Window handling:
* Tweak and guard DPI change handling (#566, #470).
Text display:
* Combined enhancement for rendering of combined characters (#565).
* Enforce font selection at uniform size, to ensure using bold font.
* Restored self-drawn, overstriking bold mode (#567).
* Stretching narrow characters that are expected wide (#123).
* Option WideExtra for double-width display of extra wide/long
Unicode characters (experimental).
Terminal:
* Fixed ESC[14t to report same pixel size as xterm would (without
padding).
