Hello Ryunosuke, I've installed the new doxygen package, but I cannot use it for my existing doxygen project, since that is located on a text mounted directory. It seems that your doxygen port is not able to read files in dosish format on text mounts. This is caused by the wrong open mode. See http://www.cygwin.com/faq/faq.html#TOC74
