I got this error after a recent update which pulled in gcc 4.9.2-3: C:\cygwin\bin\cyggcc_s-1.dll: Loaded to different address Similar issue was reported in Dec 2013 such as: https://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2013-12/msg00083.html
