You probably downgraded from cygwin-1.7.34 to cygwin-1.7.33. That's a bit unfortunate in setup that you downgrade from "test' to "curr" packages if you don't explicitely change that in the chooser window. We're having a new setup version in the loop which is not doing that. For the time being, restart setup and choose to install cygwin-1.7.34-005 again.
