I misremembered, it currently only checks for "mkpasswd", "mkgroup" and "group_GID_clash" and only warns about this and admonishes the user to run: "mkpasswd -l [-d] > /etc/passwd" "mkgroup -l [-d] > /etc/group" It doesn't actually run those commands. But both the warnings and the possible remedies might have to be removed or adapted.
