The maintainer for mingw.org disappeared, but mingw.org is rather not in
the best of conditions.  You're better off switching to the mingw32-w64
toolchains.

Bugs.  The csh symlink is mine, but I forgot that the man pages are
gzip'ed for a while now.  I'll fix that in the next tcsh package
(a new upstream version is upcoming).

It's the same for red.1 vs. ed.1, I guess.

This one is fine on my installation.  ../6b/kon exists.
