I've just updated the Cygwin 32 and 64 bit version of sed to 4.2.2-3. This version fixes the CR/LF line ending problem reported in http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2013-06/msg00673.html
Other than that, it's the same as version 4.2.2-2, see http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-announce/2013-06/msg00036.html To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
