I don't see this in the docs (forgive me if I"m blind).... (I've looked yet again, and searched the archives too)
What compile and/or link options should be used with Cygwin for pthreads apps? I know on LInux it is "-pthread", other systems have other options, but what are the correct settings for Cygwin?
