I misread your original email; I hadn't realized I would need to install a test version rather than be automatically upgraded (I don't routinely review what setup.exe installs). And I didn't re-enable TortoiseSVN's icon cache as I somehow got the impression it would require a new subversion package too. No idea where that came from. Mea culpa.
