I'm unable to use 'su' command. When i attempt to do so, i get:
su: /bin/bash: Operation not permitted

This is different from wrong password or insufficient permissions, because if so, Cygwin explicitly informs me:
su: incorrect password, or insufficient privileges to change user (see
http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/ntsec.html#ntsec-setuid): Permission denied

What else can be wrong ?
