After installing lapack and trying to build gretl, it fails one of the tests

questions:
- was previous version 3.2.2-2 working ?
- what is the PATH ?
PATH: /home/marco/bin
PATH: /usr/local/bin
PATH: /usr/bin
PATH: /usr/lib/lapack
I suspect you redefined the path and the
/etc/profile.d/lapack0.csh
/etc/profile.d/lapack0.sh
scripts are not effective.
