Thank you Larry! My problem is I am trying to download it via ftp rather than Cygwin's Setup.exe and I cannot find it on the ftp site. (I am limited by a proxy server from using Cygwin's setup.ext to find it directly).
If I wanted to go to an ftp mirror site, like ftp://cygwin.mirrorcatalogs.com/cygwin/ Where can I find it there? I am trying to download it via ftp to my local package directory on my hard drive and then use the Cygwin Setup.exe to install it from there.
