All/Any, I am a user of Icarus Verilog. I compile it under Cygwin and for over a year it has worked fine. With recent changes to Cygwin, I began having problems, first with a domain issue ( I don't fully understand this, but
tried the advice on the list to mkpasswd...) and then (now) with another problem that I have been unable to uncover enough info to fix. After compilation of iverilog, running the program in a previously valid manner results in an error: $ iverilog clkbench.v /usr/local/lib/ivl/vvp.tgt: dlopen: Win32 error 5 error: Code generation had errors. Looking through the archives I saw someone using the "net" command to provide information about the "error 5". However, when I run it, I get this result: $ net helpmsg 5 Access is denied. I am more than a little lost and over my head. Any help would be appreciated. Best regards, Jason -- Jason Doege Director, Design Link Technology Inovys, Corp.
