I've updated LilyPond to 2.14.1, the latest stable release.
This is the first 2.14 release for Cygwin; a major upgrade bringing
almost two years of work since 2.12. For an overview of new features

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
