Cgf is waiting for a final confirmation that the latest pipe changes fix the issues reported in http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2011-03/msg00186.html and, ultimately, http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2011-03/msg00396.html
I tested cygwin1-20110323.dll with different file sizes - the issue is fixed.
