Shame on me for not taking a screen shot or jotting down the exact error messages because I can not reproduce the problem. FWIW, the dialogs with the error message look like the following: rm.exe - Application Error X The instruction at "foo" referenced memory at "bar". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program Unfortunately, I do not remember what were the values of "foo" and "bar". However, I'm pretty sure that "bar" was in the low area of memory -- certainly not in the 0x61000000 range.
