As of last week, I have a releasable Cygwin Python 2.6 with the following caveats: 1. It is not built against libncursesw-devel, but Python 2.6 added ncursesw support. 2. Yaakov recently created a libffi patch that I haven't had a chance to test yet. I would like to release an experimental Cygwin Python 2.6 and then resolve the above (IMO) minor issues in a follow-up release. Any objections?
