You need to rebase all DLLs that are loaded into your executable's
address space.  In your case you will need to do someting like the
following:

    $ rebase -d -b 0x68000000 -o 0x10000 /bin/*.dll /lib/apache/*.dll
                                         ^^^^^^^^^^
