Hello! I see an appropriate amount of traffic concerning these snapshots. And I know that the rest of the group is largely appreciative of them. This is all well and good, except when I looked at the pages for them I did not see any instructions for use. Do I just grab the relevant one from the site, and extract inside the main Cygwin space, and then restart the machine?
