No, but it will tell you about 1.5. If your 1.7 is truly DOA, it might
be good to know if your 1.5 results suggest anything.
I have attached the setup logs from the 1.5 version of cygwin I have
runnig on this computer. I cannot see anything wrong with them, but then
I do not really not what I am looking for.

I hope this helps identify why I cannot get a command prompt from 1.7.

I was actually looking for the 'cygcheck -s -r -v' output from 1.5, not the
setup.log* files.
