Microsoft SFU 3.5 for anything < Vista. The NFS client which comes with Vista/W7 Ultimate/Enterprise or 2008 otherwise. If you don't have Ultimate/Enterprise: SFU 3.5 can be installed on Vista, too, I tried it. It doesn't quite work correctly, GUI-wise, but that doesn't hurt Cygwin. Microsoft's NFS client is the only one support in Cygwin 1.7 so far.
