Oops... Sorry! trying to rebuild the cygwin package, I have downloaded
the wrong source, libsigsegv-2.6-1-src.tar.bz2 instead of
libsigsegv-2.6+-1-src.tar.bz2!!
Indeed, now following http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2009-08/msg00760.html,
it builds!
