Under current Linux, the "+" entry in hosts.equiv is allowed if you have :
"auth required /lib/security/pam_rhosts_auth.so promiscuous" in the /etc/pam.d/rsh file since cygwin has no pam, is there a way to get the + to work (or something equivalent?) we have over 2000 constantly changing hosts, and keeping the hosts.equiv updated is a bit of a nightmare..
