Hello, Yes. The initial packages, what is programmed in to setup to retrieve as the cygwin base installs fine, however nothing else will. For lack of any good ideas on my part i was wondering if it is possible to download cygwin packages manually to / then bunzip2 them and untar them, if they'll be considered installed?
