Because I wanted to install cygwin on several machines, I chose to download everything to the machine and then install from there. When I went to install, I don't know what it has done, but it gave me several errors that files do not exist. Bash did not get properly uncompressed, and I can't use bunzip2 to uncompress it because I cannot find the cygwin1.dll.
I've looked over the docs, and can't seem to find the best way to do this. Any help is appreciated.
