I haven't looked into this with a debugger yet, this is just a heads-up incase someone else _already_ has.
cygwin ssh when invoked from a non-console program (i.e. MS Visual studio's SCC interface) seems to hang quite dead. I find this strange, as AFAIK, ssh works with ttys, which should present the same limitations... The specific thing I am trying to do is use Visual studio jalindi igloo (a SCC API, partially open source) cvsnt's cvs (needed because igloo uses NT extensions) cygwin ssh (needed for SSH protocol 2) to access a :ext: repository from within visual studio.
