Good question. I'm not sure. Maybe nothing. Perhaps there is a dependency issue that isn't represented between 'textutils' and 'libintl1' packages. Regardless, you should be able to fix this in your installation by rerunning setup and choosing the the 'libintl1' (not 'libintl') package.
