Works like a champ. I personally use it for my development environment (although I am forced to use MS compilers and such). It works great on TSE and W2K. I assume that will also be true for Whistler, er, .NET Server but I have not yet tested that.
However, there are no extensions to Cygwin to take advantage of terminal services.
