I assume you're referring to the POSIX name space rules, as in Section 2.2.2 of https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/functions/V2_chap02.html. I don't see how that's related to the present discussion (identifiers used in classes internal to Cygwin). Ken
