Hmm, no. This exposes all other functions in time.h still unavailable. I think adding a #if defined(__CYGWIN__) && !defined(_POSIX_TIMERS) int _EXFUN(nanosleep, (const struct timespec *rqtp, struct timespec *rmtp)); #endif would be more adequate so far.
