This patch is intended to be applied after Robert's String class patch. It removes all calls to concat() and vconcat() and replaces String cygpath (const char *, ...) with String cygpath (String const &). After this patch concat.cc and concat.h should not be needed.
To get the program to compile, I had to replace 'url' with 'Purl in nio-http.cc and make add 'const' to the definition of f2 in script.cc. After compiling, I updated two packages from the internet.
