Today is 2024-07-06, does Windows shared libraries still assume a fixed base address? I also checked the highlights.html git log time <https://cygwin.com/cgit/cygwin-htdocs/log/cygwin-ug-net/highlights.html>, as you can see, its now is 2019-02-16, it is very old. Do I find the wrong highlights.html git repository? Or nobody in the cygwin team updates it now?
