This is not a critical issue, so I think it's fine to leave this to the
next time you need to update the package for other reasons.

Having multiple instances of a package with the same version-release is
generally considered "a bad thing". :) (So there's some logic in place
which is supposed to prevent that from happening).
So, if you really want to push this out right now, you would need to do
that for the upload to be accepted.
