Log message:
Allow "ARMED" as a menu selection indicator to support OpenOffice's
method for indication selection of menu items. This permits the
braillegenerator to show the correctly selected menu item when viewing
OpenOffice. Also eliminate caching of the accessible state because
I'm not sure we are getting (or watching for) the appropriate events
to keep the state in sync with the backing object.
