* src/gpm-manager.c: Add the FIXME constants BATTERY_LOW_PERCENTAGE and
BATTERY_CRITICAL_PERCENTAGE so we can get 99% of the patch of

* data/gnome-power-manager.schemas.in: Remove threshold_low, threshold_critical
* data/gpm-prefs.glade: Remove threshold_low, threshold_critical sliders
* src/gpm-prefs.{c|h}: Remove threshold_low, threshold_critical sliders and
preferences
