2005-11-28 Olav Vitters <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
* checksetup.pl: Create accounts for the email address specified in
the externalcc column. This column was filled by the 2.16
bug-buddy-import script in an effort to avoid creating profiles. In
2.20 we create normal accounts for these persons. Various checks are
made to ensure the email address is valid. If not, the externalcc
column is left alone. Possibly we should just blank them.
