Don't let the EContactEntry modify its sensitivity itself, but instead
have it fire a signal that its state has changed
Modify the contact applet for that change in behaviour
Disable the widget if we didn't get any completion entries, despite
having a source list
Add support in the test program for detection of the availability of
addressbooks with completion
