* link.c (description_changed): Request for delete only if start and
end offsets are different.
Once the link object is inserted, use it for further editing instead
of using the old cursor object which pointed to the previous object.
Do not run for blank texts.
* link.c (link_set_ui): For non-text objects, initialize offsets to 0.
