Log message:
Don't run crawl-system as part of cron.daily. It can happen at any time and
on SUSE it'll start within 15 minutes of the first boot. crawl-system is
an expensive operation and we don't want it to happen that early. So
schedule it to run at 4:30 am and put it in cron.d instead
